It is with great pleasure that we welcome Mal Byrne as our Operations Manager for the Midwest Region.
Mal joins TMG with over twenty (20) years of experience in outsourcing and offshoring. Prior to The Millennium Group, his past experience includes: Pitney Bowes Management Services, Quattro FPO Solutions and Swiss Post Solutions. Mal’s experience spans traditional onsite services of Mail, Printing, Imaging, Records, Hospitality and Front of House Operations. He has extensive experience in many business verticals such as: Legal, Insurance, Banking and Finance. Mal ran an Accounting Services BPO where he managed a team in the U.S. and in Mumbai delivering accounting services to 2,000 plus businesses in the U.S.
Mal holds a BA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and is Yellow Belt Certified in Six Sigma. Welcome Mal, you are Where Service Matters!
