Welcome! Lori Ravel has joined The Millennium Group as a Senior Operations Manager for the Southeast Region. She is responsible for all of the strategic operational initiatives that continue to strengthen Where Service Matters (WSM) in the Southeast Region. Lori is based in Charlotte, NC and reports to Merrick Colson, Senior Managing Director, Strategic Accounts.
Lori is a Cum Laude graduate from Houston Baptist University. She is in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Senior Certified Professional, and has over ten years of experience managing client relationships and internal teams.
Prior to her position with TMG, Lori attained over seven years of Human Resources experience, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Recruiting and Employee Engagement and Retention. Lori also has a strong operations background in the Oil and Gas Industry as it relates to M&A and client facing account management.
Lori is a native Houstonian and recently relocated to Charlotte. She is married and has two rescue dogs and she is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community. Lori, welcome to the Where Service Matters team!
