Welcome aboard! Cindee Torba, Program Director. Cindee will be responsible for all tactical, and strategic initiatives to include Where Service Matters deliverables for the client program and partnership with TMG.
Cindee has spent the past 20 years working and thriving in the BPO industry. She has a passion for developing people and processes that deliver exceptional customer experiences. Cindee has extensive knowledge in client relationship, operations and program management. She believes that a good leader needs confidence, humility, authenticity and a good sense of humor. Her experience comes from notable companies such as: United Healthcare Medicare and Retirement Sales and Customer Service, CVS Pharmacy Benefit Management, Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and FedEx Business to Business.
Cindee lives in China Grove, NC with her husband, Trevor, and a little fur baby named Lacey. When not working Cindee enjoys watching Big 10 football and spending time outdoors. Congratulations Cindee, you are Where Service Matters!
