Congratulations to TMG Where Service Matters, Danielle Torres, SHRM-CP, who has been promoted to Manager of Human Resources! During Danielle’s impactful tenure, she has handled employee-related services, regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations, among many other tasks.
Danielle Torres is an accomplished HR professional who began her career with The Millennium Group (TMG) and it’s affiliates in 2012. Throughout her tenure, Danielle supported TMG’s operations team in a true generalist capacity providing guidance in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, compliance, and more. One of Danielle’s most notable accomplishments with TMG includes the development of our HR & Benefit website, www.TMGHumanResources.com, a resource that gives associates convenient 24/7 access to HR and Insurance related information.
Danielle is known for her results-driven and detail-oriented performance, with demonstrated strength in leadership and effective communication. In 2018, Danielle transitioned into the role of Human Resources Manager, focused on implementing human resource management and talent acquisition strategies that enable TMG to attract, develop, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Danielle holds a BA in Psychology from Monmouth University and is certified in Human Resources Management through Pace University. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
