A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and a retired
Officer of the U.S. Army Reserves, Tim
currently holds the credentials of
Certified Mail and Distribution Systems
Manager (CMDSM) and Mailpiece Quality
Control (MQC) Specialist with the Postal
Service. Tim is responsible for guiding
The Millennium Group as a growing global
leader in the office services facilities
management industry. His extensive
experience includes the latest automated
processing procedures, operations center
designs, office productivity systems,
security assessments, relocation
applications and multi-facility
integration. Tim has assisted
corporations such as Honeywell, Marsh &
McLennan Companies, Reckitt Benckiser,
Daiwa Securities America, Fireman’s Fund
Insurance Company, Cablevision Systems
Corporation and General Electric stream
line their operations, introduce supply
chain programs, integrate paperless
technology, and reduce operating costs.
In 2005, Tim engineered an exclusive
Strategic Alliance with global real
estate leader Cushman & Wakefield,
resulting in service delivery and
expansion into 12 new markets with the
first two years of this partnership.
Tim has presented industry benchmarking, outsourcing and
security seminars in concert with the
USPS Postal Inspection Service & FBI at
MailCom, National Postal Forum, IFMA
Worldwide Workplace, the PCC of Greater
NY, the PCC of Greater New Jersey,
National Association of Purchasing
Managers, National Association of
Educators & Buyers, NJ/NYMSMA, and the
Florida PCC. Tim has been featured in
MAIL: The Journal of Communication
Distribution four (4) times for
operations management, security as it
relates to bio/chemical preparedness,
and future trends in outsourcing. Tim is
also a continuing contributor to Postal
World and resides on numerous Industry
and Military Executive Boards to include
the NJ Mail Systems Management
Association, Postal Customer Council of
Greater NJ, 28th Infantry Division
Officer’s Council and the National Guard
association..

Frank is a graduate of the State University of New York education system and has a “Mail piece Quality Control” certification from the U.S. Postal Service. Now in his fifteenth year with The Millennium Group, Frank has extensive experience in the office services and document distribution facilities management industry, His experience spans the entire lifecycle of a facilities management engagement from program development, justification and demonstrated Return on Investment to daily services execution to compliance and quality monitoring through exiting strategies and competitive displacement. His focused expertise lies in outsourcing program development including staffing, automated procession systems, reprographics technologies and cost recovery systems.
He currently leads TMG’s national business development efforts successfully opening new markets. He works closely with Director of Operations Dennis Ward for TMG’s services delivery and execution and leads all marketing efforts. Frank's client list includes JP Morgan Chase, Daiwa Securities America, National Audubon Society, Farleigh-Dickinson University, Schering-Plough,
Madison Square Garden and DLA Piper US, LLP. Frank has been published in various industry trade journals including MAIL: The Journal of Communication Distribution, MailStream and newsletters for the NY and NJ Mail Systems Management Association and the NY Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. He has spoken at trade events including the National Postal Forum, The National Association of Educational Buyers, the Postal Customer Council of NY, the Institute for Supply Management, NY and NJ Chapter meetings of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) and the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS). He is formerly Secretary of the New York Postal Customer Council and Vice President of Communications of the NY MSMA. At one time he resided on the Board of IFMA’s Consultant's Council but now is a member of their Corporate Headquarters Council.

A veteran of TMG’s
Corporate Operations Management team and
holding a Mail piece Quality Control (MQC)
certification from the US Postal
Service, Dermot is another member of The
Millennium Group developed internally.
He has over ten years of distribution
services management experience. Prior to
joining TMG in 1996, Dermot worked in
The Millennium Group founding
organization - New Jersey Sorting
Company – facilitating and managing
direct mail and fulfillment needs for
major corporations and financial mailers
in the New York City Metropolitan area.
He started with The Millennium Group in
Business Development and then migrated
to Operations as the firm quickly grew.
He then, relocated to Florida to lead
the development of The Millennium
Group’s southeastern market presence.
He has led operations in The Millennium
Group new markets during its national
expansion that include Florida, Texas,
North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware and
Philadelphia. His strengths include
multiple site mail operations,
reprographics, shipping/receiving, legal
document and operations management,
automation, warehousing, records
management and direct mail. He now
assists The Millennium Group Director of
Operations – Dennis Ward - in overseeing
national and major account operations.

Merrick Colson, CMDSM – Director,
Western Region Operations: A Summa Cum
Laude graduate from the Metropolitan
State College of Denver, Merrick
currently holds the credentials of
Certified Mail and Distribution Systems
Manager (CMDSM) and Mail Piece Quality
Control (MQC) Specialist with the Postal
Service. A four-year veteran of The
Millennium Group, Merrick brings an
unsurpassed level of expertise to office
services management including multiple
site mail operations, messenger and
courier services, corporate shipping,
receiving and related support services.
In his 18 years of experience in
outsourced facilities management, Mr.
Colson has held various senior
management positions. He has served on
the executive board of the local PCC and
as the National Vice President of
Chapter Operations with the Mail Systems
Management Association (MSMA). Merrick
is a frequent speaker at industry trade
shows, MSMA meetings and PCC functions.
He is a continuing contributor and has
been profiled in MAIL: The Journal of
Communication Distribution.
Prior to his current position, Merrick
was National Operations Manager for The
Millennium Group’s Western Region.
During his tenure, The Millennium Group
established its position as an industry
leader in the western marketplace. He
currently leads the operational service
delivery, execution, and expansion
within its growing portfolio of
clientele in the western United States.
He has lead operations in The Millennium
Group’s new markets during its western
expansion that include Arizona,
California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and
Washington. Additionally, Merrick holds
responsibility for all customer-facing
functions on TMG’s West Coast.

A two year veteran
at The Millennium Group, Peggy Pojawa
oversees the company’s national Human
Resources program of over 1,000
employees nationwide. Peggy has helped
develop TMG’s training and safety
programs in addition to managing the
employee benefits plans and national
recruiting efforts. Prior to joining The
Millennium Group as Human Resources
Manager, Peggy designed and implemented
the Human Resources programs for High
Point Auto Insurance, a former
subsidiary of Prudential Financial. She
transitioned 700 employees in 4
locations to new compensation and
benefit plans, designed and implemented
a corporate recruiting strategy, and
designed the employee training
curriculum for the New Jersey based
insurer. Peggy has also served in
Prudential’s corporate Human Resources
Department working various assignments
in recruiting, benefits, compensation
and consulting. In her assignment as
Director of Employee Relations, she
advised the national field agency force
on all corporate Human Resources issues.
Prior to beginning her professional
career, Peggy Pojawa received a
Bachelor’s of Science degree from New
Jersey City University.
